Paul Lindahl has been on the cutting edge of 3D technology and its applications for more than 18 years and co-founded Arius in 2013. Prior to Arius, Mr. Lindahl served as CEO of NGRAIN Corporation which designed and developed 3D technology solutions to support aerospace and defense applications, including inspection, maintenance, and training. Mr. Lindahl also served as President of Hewitt Rand Corporation, a computer hardware manufacturer, where he led and expanded their North American operations and directed a merger with Seattle-based Merit Distributing Inc.
Mr. Lindahl is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and has been on the Board of Directors for a number of non-profit organizations, including serving as Chairman of the British Columbia Technology Industry Association. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen's University.
With a robust career in marketing, as well as a background in fine arts, teaching art and a passion to make art accessible, Lori joined Arius Technology to lead the marketing department. In total, Lori has more than 18 years of marketing experience with expertise in global consumer eCommerce and all things digital.
Prior to Arius Technology, Lori worked in marketing departments at globally renowned organizations, like Sage and TELUS, as well as leading teams in younger organizations. She helped several consumer goods start-ups get off the ground, including Robeez and Mio.
Whether it’s in a kayak on the ocean or hiking local trails, with her infectious get-up-and-go you’ll find Lori outside when she’s not at the office.
Mike is an experienced technology executive with more than 25 years spent developing and commercializing precision electro-mechanical and advanced material technologies. He has co-founded and played executive roles at two venture-backed technology start-ups, and led a worldwide R&D team of 250 at Creo/Kodak developing precision pre-press equipment for a $350M business unit serving the printing industry.
Mike graduated from the University of Alberta in 1985 with a B.Sc. (Eng.) in Electrical Engineering and from the Caltech in 1991 with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics. He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia, a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and is an inventor on six issued US patents.
Roland has two passions, art and technology. He studied Fine Art at New York University then went on to work and grow with the 3D industry since the mid-1990s.
Having worked in the digital media industry for over 25 years, Roland’s comprehensive knowledge and experience in media production and software-based image development, transfers exceptionally into Arius’ unique art-meets-technology landscape. His diverse career path includes large corporate settings, such as Nintendo, as well as emerging organizations and start-ups, where he specialized in managing production teams, both internally and externally, to deliver rich visual content.
Roland is excited to be immersed in the ground-breaking use of image and 3D data capture unique to Arius. Combining his two passions, Roland manages the Engineering and Art Production teams at Arius, with the latter focusing on exclusive artist collaboration projects. Working closely with artists to fulfill their creative vision by harnessing the tools and technology our team has developed, Roland and his team are both mediators and creators within a new artistic medium for contemporary artists.
Through his love for travel and photography, Roland is always adventuring to different places constantly seeking new, authentic experiences as a seasoned culture collector.
Since 1995, Morgan has been building up extensive experience in product development, mechanical and materials engineering. He spent 15 years at Creo and Kodak where he worked on product development, manufacturing engineering and supply chain management.
Prior to joining Arius, Morgan worked at General Fusion where headed up mechanical design and production. At Arius, his extensive background in mechanical design and manufacturing makes him perfectly positioned to lead Arius’ manufacturing. He oversees the manufacturing of Arius’ scanning systems, as well as the development of the company’s form printing capabilities.
Morgan has a college education in Mechanical & Materials Engineering.
Rachelle has been working in the art and décor market for over 20 years. She brings a strong knowledge of artist management and coaching, trend analysis, product development and art curation.
Rachelle started her career with Art In Motion, which sold art products to over 72 countries. Art In Motion was the top international art publisher and wall décor manufacturer from 1998 to 2008. Rachelle started in Product Design, and with the success of the company, grew into a Creative Director role. When Art In Motion was acquired by ICA Home décor in 2009, she stayed on in this executive role, unifying and strengthened creative cross-functional teams in US and Canadian offices. She developed systems that aligned global creative teams and creative assets into one unified group, fostering transparency between Canadian and US operations.
Rachelle also worked in the General Manager role for acclaimed artist and luxury furniture manufacturer, Martha Sturdy. Here she managed the operational and growth strategies of the companies, working with fine art galleries and retailers throughout North America.
Rachelle graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Pat is the Managing Partner of a Family Office that administers over the investment funds of his family’s various business enterprises. Previously, Pat was with BMO Nesbitt Burns for 24 years where he was most recently a Senior Vice-President & Managing Director in Vancouver. Pat has been actively involved with preserving and growing investment capital for over 25 years.
Pat’s background includes leading the personal financial planning operations of an international accounting firm, as well as the founding and the sale of a successful business. In addition to these business skills, Pat achieved his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (1983) and his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia (1982). Pat has been an investment advisor to institutions and individuals for over 25 years. Pat is active in his community and in the past has served as a trustee on a major trust and endowment fund in Vancouver.
Noel Hall is currently a consultant to the life sciences and technology industries and a seasoned board director with more than 25 years of experience in the biotechnology and technology industries. Noel was President and Co-founder of Aspreva Pharmaceuticals Corporation, which was acquired by the Galenica Group in January 2008. Prior to co-founding Aspreva in December 2001, Mr. Hall co-founded the life sciences practice of consulting firm Hill and Knowlton in 1995 and served as head of global strategic planning for the firm’s worldwide pharmaceutical consulting practice.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Hall was the director of corporate affairs for the United Kingdom and Northern Europe for The Wellcome Foundation Ltd., which is now part of GlaxoSmithKline PLC. Mr. Hall started his career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing after qualifying as a Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer at the Royal London Hospital.
