Q. What are your Museum Collection textured print reproductions made from?

A. Arius reproductions use special elevated printing panel and the highest grade archival inks.

Q. Can I order different frames?

A. We offer a variety of frames for each reproduction to suit your décor.

Q. What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

A. A certificate of authenticity guarantees that the reproduction has been authorized by the museum that owns the artwork.

Q. How can I re-frame my reproduction?

A. We recommend that you have your reproduction reframed by a professional framer.

Q. Are Arius museum reproductions the same as Verus Art® re-creations?

We’re pleased to say that since relocating our museum-approved reproductions from Verus Art to Arius Technology on May 22, 2019, our customers have nothing to worry about. Essentially, everything is the same!

We’ve simply moved the online store for our historical museum collections to our Arius brand. The paintings in our store are still part of Verus Art Limited Edition or Special Museum Edition collections, meaning our Certificates of Authenticity and the numbering of every edition is remaining the same. Our shipping, returns and warranty policies won’t be changing either, and you’ll even be contacting the same Customer Service team as before!

Q. Can I track the progress of my order?

A. You will receive a tracking email for your order. Contact customer service should you not receive a tracking email.

Q. My reproduction arrived damaged, what can I do?

A. Please contact customer service

Cleaning reproductions

Q. How can I clean my reproduction?

A. Using only water, use a slightly moist microfiber cloth or lint-free silk cloth to clean the reproduction.

Q. Can I use chemical cleaners on my frame?

A. No – chemical cleaners may damage the reproduction.
